Plinth

Legal

Privacy policy.

Short and direct, the way we'd want it explained to us. Effective July 8, 2026.

What we collect

When you fill out the contact form or the free teardown form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever project details you share. Those forms are processed by Tally, the form provider we use to route submissions to us. We don't collect payment information through these forms; invoicing runs through Stripe once a project is scoped and signed.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site: which pages get traffic, roughly where visitors are located, and how the site performs. Neither tool is used to identify you personally, and we don't combine analytics data with the details you submit in a form.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal data. We don't share it with anyone outside the tools listed above, and we don't use it for anything beyond replying to your inquiry and, if you become a client, delivering the project.

Data requests

If you want to know what we have on file, or want it deleted, email hello@plinthstudio.dev and we'll handle it directly. No forms, no runaround.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the effective date above. This is a plain-language baseline, not a substitute for legal advice, and we'll have it reviewed properly as compliance requirements grow.
